BTL atau Bronze Team Leader adalah satu posisi dimana anda telah memiliki 5 atau lebih EA (Executive Affiliate) Dalam SFI. Posisi ini adalah posisi ketiga setalah Affiliate biasa / Affiliate Plus (A+) dan EA.
